Everything is handled in writing. One desk answers orders, returns, documentation requests and text-message questions, so nothing gets routed into a queue and nothing has to be explained twice.

The desk cannot give health, medical or dosage advice, and will not tell you what to expect from a supplement. Those questions belong with a qualified healthcare professional. What the desk can do is tell you precisely what is in the bottle you hold and send you the paperwork that proves it.
Route your message
- Order or delivery — quote the order number from your emailed confirmation.
- Return authorisation — quote the order number; the window is 180 days from delivery.
- Damaged on arrival — a photograph of the bottle and the lot code settles most of these in one message.
- Certificate of analysis — quote the lot code printed on the base of the bottle.
- Ingredient specification — name the ingredient and the lot code.
- Allergen statement — ask; nothing else is needed.
- Complaint — describe what you found and quote the lot code; you will get a reference back.
- Text messages — reply STOP to any message to cancel, or use the opt-out form.
- Privacy request — say what you want to know, correct or delete.
Order confirmations, tracking and return authorisations are always sent by email. We never send them by text.
Requesting a certificate of analysis.
Release documents are held against the lot code, not against the customer, so the code is the one thing we cannot proceed without. It is printed on the base of the bottle beside the best-before date, in the form NA-YYWW-nnn. Send it to contact@onybiotechinc.com and the desk will return the file for that lot, normally within one business day.
If you have not ordered yet and want to read a certificate first, ask for the lot currently shipping and we will send that instead. It will not be the lot you eventually receive, so request yours again once the bottle arrives.

Release documents describe identity, purity and quantity. They are not evidence of any health effect and are not offered as such. We do not redact results, and a certificate that shows a measured value close to a limit will be sent exactly as it reads.
Records are retained for the life of the best-before date plus one year. Beyond that the lot record is archived and a request may take longer, or may not be answerable at all.
Finding your lot code
- Turn the bottle over; the code is ink-printed on the base.
- Format is NA-YYWW-nnn — product, year, week, sequence.
- The best-before date is printed on the same line.
- If the print has rubbed off, send the order number instead and we will look up what shipped.
